Handyman

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks across commercial buildings.
• Handle minor carpentry, install cabinets, build furniture, fix/hang doors, and manage wall repairs.
• Fix clogged drains, repair leaks, replace or repair plumbing fixtures, and maintain toilets/urinals.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, replace light bulbs, ballast, switches, and receptacles.
• Patch, spackle, sand, and paint walls.
• Efficiently manage, update, and close out daily work orders, maintaining clear communication with project managers.
• Manage tools, materials, and company vehicle effectively, ensuring supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable safety procedures and building regulations to protect investments and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician, or relevant role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong independence, working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile and painting.
• Valid Driver’s License for company vehicle.
• Problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and navigate crawl spaces or tight areas safely
