Infrastructure Project Manager Engineer

This position is located in Charleston, West Virgina Join E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. (ELR) - a 100% employee-owned civil engineering firm - where your leadership drives impactful community projects and your voice helps shape the company’s future. The full-time Infrastructure Project Manager Engineer will supervise the planning, designing, and management civil infrastructure projects. The projects will include large and important engineering projects and a number of smaller projects with many complex features and administrative qualifications.

What You’ll Need:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (WV)
• 10+ years experience in civil engineering or infrastructure engineering
• 5+ years of experience in management
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills
• Proven track record managing projects and mentoring teams

Physical Demands:

• Ability to conduct site visits, involving walking, standing, and exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Capability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed during fieldwork.
• Mobility to inspect project sites and ensure design implementation.
