What You'll Do

• Coordinate patient appointments and doctor schedules.
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling.
• Help patients understand treatment options and financial estimates.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and patient accounts.
• Collect and post payments and balance daily deposits.
• Work closely with the doctor and dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Help keep daily schedules running smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Dental experience or knowledge of dental procedures preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Every other Friday: Half day.
