RBT Position Alight Behavioral Therapy At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Teach play skills, social skills, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Document session outcomes and maintain accurate records
• Provide behavior support within group settings
• Collaborate with our experienced staff to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements:

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course
• Previous ABA experience preferred
• Excellent references
• RBT certification preferred, but we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
