Maintenance Director

Alexander Milne Developmental Services is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team, oversee facility operations, and help create a safe, comfortable environment for the individuals we serve. If you have strong maintenance expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference behind the scenes, we want to hear from you! ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise and oversee maintenance personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance. - Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility systems. - Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and facility improvement projects. - Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, licensing requirements, and regulations. - Coordinate biannual HVAC and generator maintenance and track and maintain company vehicles. - Work with contractors and other departments to support facility operations and special events. ### Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Minimum of five years of commercial maintenance experience. - Minimum of three years of supervisory experience. - Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance and handyman skills. - Relevant certifications preferred. ### Make a Difference with Alexander Milne Developmental Services!
