As an HVAC Sales Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs, educate them on HVAC solutions, and recommend the best options for their home and budget. We're looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and drive to succeed while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners to evaluation their heating and cooling needs
• Recommend HVAC systems and comfort solutions based on customer needs
• Build trust through honest, consultative sales
• Follow established company procedures, sales processes, and documentation requirements
• Utilized technology to prepare estimates, proposals, and customer records
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company with integrity
• Consistently work toward sales goals while providing outstanding customer service

• Physically capable of climbing stairs, accessing attics and crawl spaces, and standing or walking for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
