Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Developmental Disabilities Starting Pay: $21.40
Alay Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD) throughout New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Community integration and companionship
- Behavioral support and mentorship
- Medication administration
- Transportation to community activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license
Training Provided:
- College of Direct Support (Online DDD certification courses)
Preferred Experience:
- Reliable transportation
- 1+ year experience in behavioral health, caregiving, or direct support
