Who Are We?

About Airlock Digital:

Airlock Digital is a global leader in application control and allowlisting. We empower organizations to run only what they trust and operate free from malware and ransomware.

With rapid growth across Australia, North America, and EMEA, we support a diverse and expanding global customer base. We are committed to our core values of respect, determination, and integrity. At Airlock Digital, we pride ourselves on being a team of humble, collaborative, and driven professionals who support one another and share a passion for cybersecurity.

What We are Looking For:

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Sr. Director of Demand Generation to own Airlock Digital’s global demand generation strategy and growing team.

Reporting to the CMO, you will translate company and marketing goals into integrated programs that build awareness, generate qualified demand, and be accountable for pipeline goals and conversion rates. You will use data to evaluate program performance, identify opportunities, and continually optimize our channel mix, processes, and investment.

The ideal candidate has deep B2B SaaS technology experience, a strong command of the full lead lifecycle, and a track record of partnering with Sales to improve lead management, conversion and pipeline performance. You will also help Airlock Digital adopt practical AI capabilities that make our demand-generation programs more efficient, personalized, and effective.

Build the operating cadence and accountability systems that deliver this at scale.
Own the agency and martech portfolio strategy, including build-vs-buy and consolidation decisions.

Own Pipeline Performance and Optimization

Establish campaign goals, forecasts, performance benchmarks, and reporting frameworks tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor and analyze metrics across the funnel, including engagement, conversion, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, sourced and influenced pipeline, velocity, and return on investment.
Regularly communicate program performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and company leadership.
Use data to optimize campaigns, channel mix, audience targeting, budget allocation, and follow-up strategies.
Build a disciplined testing and experimentation practice that continually improves conversion and program effectiveness.

Strengthen the Lead Lifecycle

Define and continually improve lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, nurture, handoff, and follow-up processes.
Jointly own pipeline targets, SLAs and revenue forecasts with Sales / Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations.
Identify and resolve friction across the buyer journey, from initial engagement through sales acceptance and opportunity creation.
Ensure marketing and sales teams have visibility into lead status, campaign engagement, and pipeline progression.
Improve nurture and re-engagement programs to maximize conversion across the prospect and customer database.
