· Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage monitoring solutions using tools like Amazon CloudWatch, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry (OTEL) to ensure proactive alerting and system health.

· Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, perform vulnerability remediation and patching, and utilize services like AWS Security Hub and GuardDuty to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to understand requirements and deliver reliable infrastructure solutions.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in Terraform for managing infrastructure.

CI/CD: Experience with GitLab CI/CD for building and deploying pipelines.

Containerization: Solid understanding of Kubernetes (EKS) and Istio service mesh.

Scripting: Hands-on experience with Python and Shell scripting.

Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
