Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Hospital Inpatient & Outpatient

What You’ll Do
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech-language treatment plans.
• Provide appropriate therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Help plan, develop, and promote therapy programs and services.
• Participate in staff education and present in-services to fellow therapists.
• Contribute to the overall operation and success of the therapy department.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Candidates eligible for clinical certification are encouraged to apply.
• Appropriate Iowa licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and evidence-based practice.
