What You’ll Do
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Provide physical therapy interventions to help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Assist with the development of therapy programs and services.
• Support the daily operations of the therapy department.
Qualifications
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Kansas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team.
• New graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply.
