Full-Time | Watkins, Minnesota | $28–$32/hour

PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant for a skilled nursing facility in Watkins, Minnesota. This is a great opportunity to join a beautiful facility and work alongside a close-knit team of community-based therapists who are dedicated to providing quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients' functional goals and independence

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff

• Assist with the general operation of the therapy department

• Contribute to the development and improvement of therapy programs

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting

• Current Minnesota OTA license or eligibility to obtain one
