Occupational Therapist (OT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Full-Time | Watkins, Minnesota | $40–$58/hour
PediaStaff is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a skilled nursing facility in Watkins, Minnesota. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a beautiful facility alongside a great team of community-based therapists who are committed to providing quality patient care.

What You’ll Do
• Evaluate and treat patients in the skilled nursing setting
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Help plan, market, and develop new therapy programs
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other staff
• Present in-services to fellow therapy team members
• Assist with the overall operation and development of the therapy department
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state regulations, as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Current Minnesota OT license or eligibility to obtain one
