Original job description

This company has served Spanish-speaking families in Oklahoma since 2015 with one mission: ensuring Spanish speaking

children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child. If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist looking for a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, they want to talk to you! Pay Ranges from 60k-85k DOE. New Grads Welcome!

This is a full-time permanent position for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City.

They provide trained interpreter support, so Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.

Why Join?

? Mission-Driven Work: Be part of a team that expands access to care and makes a meaningful

difference for children and families.

? Work-Life Balance: Documentation gets done at work, not at home. We build documentation time into

your schedule, protect your lunch hour, and use unfilled cancellations as additional documentation time.

? Structured Mentorship and Support: New hires go through a formal training and ramp-up period, with

ongoing support through regular one-on-ones, documentation guidance, and professional development.

? Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs, and support staff

who value teamwork, growth, and excellent care.

? A Sustainable Caseload: Most therapists carry about 23–28 hours of direct therapy per week, with

caseloads built around experience and preferences.
