Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Spokane, WA

Pay: $22-$25/hour

Overview

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for an all-around individual with experience across multiple trades - or someone motivated to learn and grow long-term.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs

•

Handle a variety of tasks, including:

• Plumbing

• Basic electrical

• Carpentry

• Painting and repairs

• Conduct routine inspections and address issues proactively

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid further damage

• Assist with power washing and maintaining overall facility appearance

• Safely use hand and power tools

• Move furniture and equipment as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or related trades preferred

• Willing to learn and expand skills across multiple areas

• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically able to lift and perform hands-on work

• Valid Driver’s License required
