Ahead ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve families in Silver Spring and nearby parts of Montgomery County. We are a caring, in home ABA team. We want you to do great clinical work without burnout.

What you will do:
- Run assessments and write treatment plans
- Supervise and coach RBTs
- Train parents and caregivers
- Track progress and update goals
What you need:
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland Behavior Analyst license, or able to get one
- A heart for kids and families
