About AgelessRx AgelessRx is a first-of-its-kind, longevity-focused telehealth platform with an e-commerce component. Our mission is to collectively give people millions of extra healthy years, so everyone can enjoy more of what they love in a world where people are empowered to live as long as they want. We believe aging should no longer be treated as a dreadful inevitability, but instead, as a puzzle that can be solved, a fight that can be fought – just as a disease with a cure. Through our free-to-use platform, we offer trusted, data-driven longevity solutions and scientifically backed prescription therapies to help safely lower the risk of age-related diseases.
About the role AgelessRx is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Senior IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day operation of our internal technology environment. As a fully remote telehealth company, our employees rely heavily on company devices, cloud-based applications, identity and access systems, and secure technology infrastructure to do their work effectively. This role will serve as the primary owner of employee-facing IT operations across AgelessRx, including company devices, SaaS applications, account provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, technical support, and IT asset management. This person will be responsible not only for resolving issues as they arise, but also for building scalable, well-documented systems and processes that make our technology environment easier to manage as the company grows. The Senior IT Systems Administrator will work closely with our Senior Security Engineer to ensure that IT systems and processes support AgelessRx's security, privacy, and compliance requirements. While the Senior Security Engineer owns the broader security program and technical security strategy, the IT Administrator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining many of the day-to-day administrative controls that keep our workforce and systems operating securely. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being both a builder and an operator: someone willing to troubleshoot an employee's device one moment and then improve an organization-wide device management, access, or SaaS administration process the next. - Own delivery plans, milestones, stakeholder updates, and documentation for cross-functional IT projects.
Security & Compliance Partnership
- Operationalize approved identity, access, endpoint, device, and SaaS security controls in partnership with the Senior Security Engineer.
- Support audits, evidence collection, access reviews, incident response, and remediation; promptly escalate suspected incidents or inappropriate access.
