Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in agriculture, logistics, warehouse operations, or heavy machinery maintenance is highly preferred.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance, and handle basic repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and work extended hours during peak agricultural seasons (spring/fall).
  • Traits: High attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Support/reimbursement for CDL licensing.
  • Opportunity for a dependable, long-term role in a stable agricultural operation.
  • Health Insurance
