Scope of Responsibilities and Job Requirements

• Learn to operate the feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with performing necessary sequencing, recording, and documenting of all feed manufactured during shift
• Mix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently and in a manner that assures accuracy and high quality
• Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Create, develop and execute feed rations and marketing strategies that capture maximum value
• Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactions
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers, vendors, and internal staff
