  • Manage the Corporate Audit Function: Develop and oversee the annual departmental budget, aligning staffing and resources with audit objectives.
  • Support Financial Oversight: Support the annual independent audit by coordinating internal audit activities and preparing and reviewing selected audit workpapers.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with the CFO on special projects and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Stay Connected to the Business: Travel to AGP locations to develop a firsthand understanding of operations, risks, controls, and opportunities for improvement.

  • 7+ years of progressive internal audit, external audit, risk, controls, or related experience, including meaningful experience leading audit engagements and people.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, financial reporting processes, and operational auditing.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop risk-based audit plans and translate audit findings into practical recommendations that improve controls, operations, and business performance.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive management and present significant audit matters clearly and concisely to senior leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and business judgement.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead, develop, and mentor professional staff.
