Training is available for motivated candidates looking to develop their welding skills.Available Shifts and Pay 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM$25/hr to start!Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication work on stainless steel pipe and fittings.
- Learn to operate orbital welding equipment.
- Ensure welds are consistent, accurate, and meet quality standards.
- Follow work orders, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
Qualifications
Required:
- Basic understanding of welding principles and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Willingness to learn new welding techniques and equipment.
Preferred:
- TIG welding experience, especially with stainless steel.
- Experience with automated or semi-automated welding equipment.
- Manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience.
- Interest in obtaining additional welding certifications and training.
Work Environment
- Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility.
- Team-oriented environment with approximately 2025 employees.
- Work involves stainless steel pipe fabrication using advanced orbital and laser welding equipment.
