As a Welder, you will be responsible for conducting repair welds on parts that robotic welders miss. Your ability to maintain production numbers while ensuring the delivery of quality parts is crucial.Responsibilities

• Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders.
• Maintain production numbers while ensuring quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications.
• Operate MIG welding equipment efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding and ability to pass a weld test.
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Ability to maintain high production rates with quality output.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine loading is a plus.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.
