What You'll Do
- MIG weld and fabricate steel structures
- Read blueprints and weld symbols
- Measure, cut, lay out, fit, tack, and assemble steel
- Use plasma cutters, cranes, forklifts, and fabrication equipment
- Produce strong, accurate, quality welds
What We're Looking For MIG welding experience Blueprint reading Steel fitting and fabrication experience Strong measuring/layout skills Comfortable in a heavy industrial shopBonus: TIG welding, structural steel, or large job-shop experience.Training starts on 1st shift in Dallastown, with flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shift based on production needs. The planned permanent work location is in York City.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Dallastown, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.72 - $28.61/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
