Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Welder to expertly weld pipes up to 120 inches in diameter. The role requires proficiency in fluxcore welding, fitting pipes, and the ability to back gouge. Previous experience with welding boilers or pressure vessels is highly beneficial, and the primary material is carbon steel. Candidates should be coachable and committed to their work.
Responsibilities
- Perform fluxcore welding on pipes up to 120 inches in diameter.
- Fit pipes accurately and efficiently.
- Back gouge as required.
- Work primarily with carbon steel materials.
- Utilize experience in welding boilers or pressure vessels.
- Maintain a coachable and committed attitude towards work.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in fluxcore welding.
- Ability to perform fab fitting on steel pipes.
- Proficiency in back/arc gouge welding techniques.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Proficiency with tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, levels, flange wizards, wrap-arounds, and weld gauges.
- Familiarity with various fittings, including pipe and structural fittings.

They could have to work overtime. If they work a Saturday, they wouldn't be required to work anymore than 2 Saturdays in a row. So, it would be one Saturday on 2 off. They also might have to work 1012-hour shifts. Of course, this is all depending on production needs.
