Welder

Welder Join a custom fabrication shop where every project is different and your skills make an impact. We're looking for an experienced Welder who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys hands-on, custom fabrication work. What You'll Do

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and sheet metal
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders
• Set up welding equipment and select proper wire and settings
• Complete fit-up and basic fabrication tasks
• Inspect welds and maintain quality standards
• Use hand tools and fabrication equipment safely
• Complete quality documentation and inspection sheets

What We're Looking For

• MIG welding experience in a fabrication or job shop environment
• Ability to read blueprints and weld drawings
• Experience with fit-up and fabrication work
• Strong measuring and shop math skills
• Ability to work independently and produce quality welds
• Commitment to safety and craftsmanship

Preferred: TIG welding, Stick welding, AWS D1.1 experience, heavy plate welding, and fabrication/fitter experience. Why Join Us?
