🌙 Entry-Level Production Associate 📍 Greenfield, IN Looking for a stable career with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring Entry-Level Production Associates to help build automotive components in a clean, climate-controlled facility. No manufacturing experience required. Paid training provided!💲 Pay: $22.03/hour📅 Available Shifts

• 🌤 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 🌙 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Monday-Friday with occasional weekend overtime

🔧 What You'll Do

• Assemble and inspect automotive components
• Load and unload parts on production lines
• Package finished products
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Keep your work area clean and organized

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or other fast-paced environments is a plus
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attendance and willingness to learn
