Warehouse Worker

Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team involved in the production of personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. As a warehouse worker, you will primarily be responsible for wrapping pallets with a pallet wrapper for shipment, contributing to a seamless supply chain operation. You will also engage in various warehouse tasks, including order picking, material handling, and operating electric forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Wrap pallets with a pallet wrapper for approximately 80% of the day.
• Utilize an RF scanner to pick orders and build pallets.
• Operate electric sit/stand up forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Stage materials and palletize orders.
• Perform inventory control using RF scanners and paper tracking.
• Operate pallet wrappers.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in forklift operation with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience in inventory control and order picking.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently.
• High attention to detail and comfort in performing physical work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred experience in shipping and receiving.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment picking orders.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $38.40/hr.
