🔧 What You'll Do
- Operate alongside production machinery and packaging equipment
- Pack, stack, and palletize finished products
- Assemble cartons and prepare products for shipment
- Monitor production lines and report equipment concerns
- Inspect products for quality and identify defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards
- Cross-train on multiple machines and production processes
- Work closely with team leads and quality personnel
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and cross-train
