Job Title: Warehouse Worker | Payrange: $18.25-21.75 Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic distribution center located in Cheyenne, WY, which supports 66 stores by efficiently handling incoming materials from vendors and shipping them directly to retail locations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise in and out of the warehouse.Responsibilities
- Work in either the Shipping or Receiving department, loading and unloading incoming trailers by hand.
- Hand stack merchandise onto pallets if it is not already on one, and store it in the warehouse.
- Load trailers by hand using the same stacking process for shipment.
- Unload trailers, transport, select, stock, and load heavy or large merchandise onto trailers for shipment to retail stores.
- Observe incoming and outgoing merchandise for manufacturers defects and damage.
- Handle merchandise carefully to avoid damage during processing.
Essential Skills
- Ability to lift 70 lbs on a regular basis, including overhead lifting.
- Strong work ethic with a stable work history.
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Punctuality and reliable attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with loading, unloading, RF scanner, material handling, pallet jack, shipping and receiving, forklift, and general labor is advantageous.

Shifts are structured with mandatory overtime to ensure operational efficiency. Day shifts run from Monday to Thursday, night shifts are from Tuesday to Thursday, and weekend shifts cover Friday to Sunday. Employees receive one unpaid 30-minute break and two 15-minute paid breaks during their shift. The facility is open to Spanish speakers and rehires, with compliance checks including a 4-panel drug test and a 7-year BG check.
