Now Hiring: Warehouse Order Pickers Shift Times Available: 7:30am-5pm (Tues-Sat or Sunday-Thurs) Weekly Pay $22/hrResponsibilities
- Pick orders throughout the warehouse / manufacturing site using a rf scanning guns
- Consistently achieve daily productivity targets by picking approximately 220230 order lines per day.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to support inbound and outbound shipments.
- Accurately pick, package, and label customer orders for shipment.
- Use an RF scan gun to locate, pick, verify, and track inventory and orders.
- Process outgoing shipments, including preparing and handling packages for carriers such as FedEx.
- Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Inspect incoming orders and materials for quality, accuracy, and any visible damage.
- Operate walk-behind forklifts and wave equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Perform general packaging tasks to prepare products for storage or shipment.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are completed on time and workflow remains smooth.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience performing order picking or equivalent retail order fulfillment experience (for example, working in order fulfillment at a large retail store).
- Experience using an RF scan guns.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Capability to walk 10,000+ steps per day while picking approximately 250 order lines as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including navigation, email, and use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking, labeling, and shipping.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers.
- Previous experience in order picking, order pulling, or order fulfillment in a warehouse or retail environment.

The culture is laid back and friendly, while still maintaining a strong focus on getting work done efficiently and accurately.
