? What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll help keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently by moving materials throughout the facility and supporting order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• ? Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks
• ? Load, unload, transport, and stack products safely and efficiently
• ? Move pallets, materials, and inventory throughout the warehouse
• ? Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• ? Stage, wrap, label, and organize products for shipment
• ? Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• ? Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

? What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

Material handling experience in a warehouse environment

Ability to safely load, unload, transport, and stack products

Strong attention to detail and workplace safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Reach truck experience

3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience

Order picking experience

Warehouse or distribution center experience

Inventory and material movement experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
