Job Title: Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift Pay: $19.85/hrJob DescriptionJoin a leading manufacturer of probiotics, enzymes, bacteria, and bio-solutions as a Warehouse Associate. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling materials in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the world's largest deep freezer.Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to maneuver materials efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and frozen trailers with materials.
• Stage orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform cycle counts, pick orders, and compact materials inside the -55 degree Celsius freezer.
• Utilize SAP/ERP systems to track and manage inventory effectively.
• Use RF scanners for precise inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness inside the freezer by scraping ice off floors.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of material handling/warehouse experience.
• 1+ years of experience with ERP/SAP systems.
• 1+ years of experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Comfortable working in a -55 degree Celsius freezer.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cycle counting, and sanitization.
• Experience with palletizing and RF scanner usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills.
• High School Diploma.

Spend up to 80% of the workday in an ultra-cold freezer at -55 degrees Celsius, with the remaining 20% in ambient warehouse conditions. Personal protective equipment including snow suits, freezer suits, face masks, boots, hearing protection, safety glasses, radios, and freezer suits are provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and 100 lbs with assistance is required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.85 - $19.85/hr.
