Join a modern, climate-controlled facility in Cheektowaga, NY where you'll play a key role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations. This is a 4-5 month contract position with strong potential to be hired permanently. 🚚 What You'll Be Doing Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation. Process inventory transactions and enter data into the ERP system. Tag, route, relocate, and store materials accurately throughout the warehouse. Move inventory to production, storage, and shipping locations. Prepare, kit, stage, and deliver materials to internal departments. Verify packing lists, shipping paperwork, and inventory records. Package products according to customer and company requirements. Respond to shipping, tracking, and freight inquiries. Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives. What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Previous material handler experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience.
• Forklift certification (not required).
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
