What You'll Be Doing

• Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Support packaging, palletizing, packing, and production operations
• Enter production information into the ERP system
• Verify product counts, weights, labels, and serial numbers
• Track production performance, waste, and quality documentation
• Coordinate workflow and assist team members to keep production running smoothly
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to maximize efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of machine operating or production experience
• Experience performing machine setups or changeovers
• Computer skills and data entry experience
• Food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• English and/or Spanish communication skills

Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a food production facility. Team members work near production equipment and ovens in a fast-paced environment while ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards. The company provides all required safety equipment and training.
