Soldering Technician / Electronics Assembler (St. Charles / 1st Shift / $19-20) Build the technology that keeps things moving.Are you skilled with a soldering iron and enjoy working with electronics? We're looking for a Soldering Technician to assemble, repair, and inspect electronic components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

• Hand solder and desolder through-hole and SMT components
• Assemble circuit boards, wiring, and electronic assemblies from schematics and work instructions
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies
• Use soldering irons, hot air rework stations, microscopes, and precision hand tools
• Follow IPC quality standards and ESD procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to solve production challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Experience soldering electronic components (through-hole and SMT)
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Experience using microscopes, magnification equipment, and hand tools
• Background in electronics assembly, repair, or manufacturing
• IPC certification (J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610) is a plus, but not required
