Skilled Laborer (Construction / Insulation) Pay: $20/hr + (Based on Experience) Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Buffalo, NY Area Job Overview Looking to start or grow a career in the construction trades? We are hiring motivated individuals to join a well-established insulation contractor with over 50 years of industry experience. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced professionals in commercial and industrial construction environments.In this role, you'll assist with the installation, removal, and replacement of insulation on piping, ductwork, tanks, vessels, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, fit, and install insulation on piping, ductwork, tanks, vessels, and mechanical systems
• Remove and replace damaged insulation materials (no asbestos-related work)
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment throughout job sites
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and tape measures to complete projects accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company, customer, and jobsite safety requirements
• Assist with general construction tasks as needed
• Work in industrial and commercial environments, including heights and confined spaces when required
• Support team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction, labor, manufacturing, landscaping, maintenance, or trade-related experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, and working at heights
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Experience in carpentry, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, or other construction trades is a plus

Work Environment This position is based in commercial and industrial construction settings. Employees work with insulation materials, hand tools, and power tools while supporting projects across a variety of job sites.
