Overview

Aerotek is hiring experienced Site Laborers for commercial site development and utility projects throughout the South Shore area. This is a full-time opportunity supporting site preparation, grading, excavation, and underground utility installation on active construction sites. Candidates with experience in heavy civil construction, site work, or underground utility work will be highly considered. Responsibilities

• Perform site preparation, grading, and general construction labor duties
• Assist with installation of underground sewer, water, and drainage systems
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and support utility installation activities
• Work alongside equipment operators and construction crews to maintain productivity
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site

Requirements

• Experience working as a site laborer in heavy civil or construction environments
• Knowledge of sewer, water, and drainage utility installation preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic with a commitment to safety

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Weymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
