Job Title: Shipping AssociateJob DescriptionJoin a leading temperature-controlled warehousing and cold-chain logistics company specializing in frozen and refrigerated storage, inventory management, transportation support, and e-commerce fulfillment services for food manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and direct-to-consumer brands. This role involves picking and packing food products in a cold storage facility, utilizing RF scanners, and requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack food products in a cold storage facility.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
• Maintain attention to detail while fulfilling orders.
• Work on feet for the entirety of the shift and perform heavy lifting.
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency in shipping and receiving.
• Knowledge of packaging, picking, and packing.
• Familiarity with warehouse and distribution environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in extremely cold temperatures.
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding attendance and punctuality.
