Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures at all times.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Pick, pack, and ship customer and distribution orders accurately.
• Screen shipments for unauthorized devices per TSA requirements.
• Perform warehouse and distribution system transactions.
• Process orders based on priority set by supervisors.
• Monitor and maintain proper storage and temperature conditions for shipments.
• Load courier trucks using pallet jacks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Participate in daily management activities and maintain 5S standards.
• Ensure inventory is stored safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Demonstrate company values and work effectively with team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Able to lift 40-75 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and inventory handling.
• Experience using pallet jacks.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated areas while wearing PPE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Pharmaceutical, clinical logistics, or healthcare distribution experience.

Work Environment

• Distribution warehouse with shipping and receiving operations.
• Loading and unloading dock environment.
• May require working in refrigerated conditions with appropriate protective equipment.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.35/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
