Machine Set Up Technician 📍 Pompano Beach, FL💲 $20 - $23/hr🕒 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMReady to put your mechanical skills to work? What You'll Do

• Set up and adjust press machines for production runs
• Read blueprints and work orders
• Perform machine changeovers and troubleshooting
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication

What We're Looking For 2+ years of mechanical, maintenance, or machine setup experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Manufacturing experience preferred Basic math and measurement skills Own basic tools required HVAC or industrial maintenance experience is a plus
