🤖 Robot Operator | $30-$32/HR | Now Hiring Robot Operators in the Sunnyvale / San Jose Area! Location: Sunnyvale, CAPay: $30/hr (Day & Swing Shifts) | $32/hr (Overnight Shift)Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days Per Week | Weekend Availability Required What You'll Be Doing As a Robot Operator, you'll help ensure humanoid robots are performing safely, consistently, and according to engineering expectations before deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate humanoid robots through structured testing scenarios and performance evaluations
• Execute test plans designed by engineering teams and validate robot functionality
• Identify, document, and escalate software, hardware, or performance-related issues
• Perform quality checks to verify robots are meeting operational and performance benchmarks
• Investigate abnormal robot behavior and assist with basic troubleshooting efforts
• Collect detailed test data, logs, and observations using computer-based tracking systems
• Work closely with engineers to reproduce issues and provide feedback that supports product improvements
• Maintain accuracy and consistency while performing repetitive testing in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Jose, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
