Job Title: Resin OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Resin Operator to join our team and ensure the efficient, safe, and optimal operation of our chemical processes. The successful candidate will monitor process variables, evaluate sample results, and make necessary adjustments to maintain control and efficiency. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and assisting in various departmental tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal safety and adhere to established safety processes and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate process variables and sample results, making changes or corrections to maintain optimal control, efficiency, and safety.
• Analyze problems or deviations promptly, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.
• Assist in other areas within the department as needed.
• Monitor computers and reactors, documenting detailed data and maintaining clear written communication.

Essential Skills

• Chemical handling and manufacturing expertise.
• Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with resin utilities and computer operating systems.
• Solid understanding of production processes and mechanical skills.
• Forklift operation and general labor capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for data entry and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, mixing, plastic, and machine operating.
• Compounding knowledge and familiarity with chemical processes.
