• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment

What You'll Do

• Inspect mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Verify proper assembly completion, including torque checks and red/green paint mark verification.
• Perform wire-pull testing verification and inspect terminals for proper crimping and seating.
• Conduct dimensional inspections, fit-up checks, alignment verification, and visual weld inspections.
• Inspect fabricated and painted components prior to final quality approval.
• Identify defects, document findings, and escalate non-conforming materials according to quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records using SAP and other quality management systems.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, quality inspection, or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, or quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of quality processes, inspection techniques, and documentation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based reporting systems.

Preferred Experience

• Electrical and mechanical fabrication experience.
• Quality control or quality assurance knowledge
• Experience managing inspection documentation, warranty claims, or non-conformance reports.
• Knowledge of welding inspections, dimensional measuring tools, and assembly verification processes.
