Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production documents to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Use measuring tools, tape measures, and inspection equipment to verify specifications.
• Work with sheet metal fabrication equipment, including CNC laser, punch press, and press brake machinery.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints and production drawings Experience using measurement tools and performing quality checks Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Preferred Experience:
