Punch List Carpenter

Job Title: Punch List CarpenterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled punch list carpenter to work on our job in Medford, MA for the next 8-10 months. This role will require leading small crews of carpenters and completing the final phase of construction for a college university. You will need your own basic hand tools and need to have 5+ years of commercial experience as well as proven leadership ability. This role is offering $35 - $45 an hour depending on skill level. We are holding interviews this week and you could start immediately. Responsibilities

• Perform caulking, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Install door hardware.
• Independently manage punch tasks using Procore software.
• Collaborate effectively within a large construction site environment.

Essential Skills

• Foreman experience.
• Finish carpentry/punch list experience.
• Experience with drywall.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is required; candidates must provide proof.
• Carpentry experience.
• Finish experience.
