This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.Join a growing carbon fiber manufacturer offering a clean, climate-controlled workplace and opportunities to advance from within!Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 5:45 AM6 PM or 5:45 PM6 AM, following a rotating 2-week schedule.Employees Will:

• Operate equipment used to manufacture and bind carbon fiber products safely and efficiently.
• Remove empty spools from production equipment and replace them with full spools.
• Monitor resin-binding machines to ensure product quality and maintain production standards.
• Load carbon fiber spools and materials into machines.
• Perform quality checks and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Learn final cutting, binding, and packaging procedures for finished products.
• Train on resin mixing operations and material preparation processes.
• Complete physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with additional production and housekeeping tasks during downtime.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and output targets.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.39/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
