Production Worker

Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionThis role focuses on supporting production and shipping operations by accurately kitting parts, managing inventory in the system, and preparing service parts for shipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment.Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to accurately kit parts for shipping.
• Prepare service parts for shipment and ensure all items are correctly packed and accounted for.
• Use SAP and RF scanners to input and update inventory data in the system.
• Print labels and packing slips to accompany outgoing shipments.
• Use tape guns and other basic packaging tools to securely pack products.
• Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Support general production, assembly, picking, and packing activities as assigned.
• Follow established warehouse and production procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the climate-controlled facility.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues related to orders, inventory, or packaging.

Essential Skills

• Experience working as a warehouse worker or production worker.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and written instructions.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Proficiency using RF scanners to manage and track inventory.
• Basic familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Hands-on experience with production, assembly, picking, and packing tasks.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and packaging tools such as tape guns.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate kitting, labeling, and packaging.

• Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.

The setting is structured and process-oriented, with an emphasis on organization, cleanliness, and safety. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
