Production Worker 📍 North Tonawanda, NY 🏭 About the Role Join a high-volume corrugated manufacturing facility producing sheets used for packaging, boxes, and retail displays. You'll work on a fast-paced production line, operating equipment, moving material, and supporting daily production activities.Schedule: 3rd Shift | 12-hour overnight shifts | 3 days per weekNo previous manufacturing experience is required. Full training is provided. What You'll Do

• Operate corrugator line equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production on both the wet end and dry end of the line
• Stack, move, and organize corrugated sheets
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
• Use tape measures and basic hand tools
• Cross-train in multiple production areas
• Attend daily safety and production meetings
• Maintain production pace while standing throughout the shift
• Assist with general labor and production duties as needed
• Work with teammates to meet production and quality goals

🔧 Required Qualifications

• Able to work 12-hour overnight shifts
• Able to stand and remain active for the entire shift
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Experience in fast-paced work environments (production, warehouse, labor, etc.)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Willing to learn multiple positions
• Strong commitment to safety

Preferred Experience

• Corrugated, paper, packaging, or manufacturing experience
• Forklift or industrial equipment experience
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Light industrial or production experience
• Comfortable working around moving machinery
