Production Worker

Job Title: Floor PickerEssential Skills

• Experience operating pallet jacks and performing material handling in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to use RF scanners to locate, scan, and track products accurately.
• Comfort working with order picking processes, including reading tickets or using voice-directed picking systems.
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and proactively seek out work when tasks are completed.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and plan movements ahead to maximize efficiency and reduce unnecessary travel.
• Skill in following detailed instructions and implementing them efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, twist, grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently during material handling activities.
• Ability to squat, kneel, balance, and climb occasionally, including use of ladders and stairs.
• Depth perception and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate equipment at ceiling level.
• Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly to communicate and work safely in a warehouse setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience operating Crown forklifts and reach lifts is a plus.
• Prior experience picking orders in a distribution or warehouse environment is beneficial.
• Comfort working with voice headset systems for order selection.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assist in multiple warehouse areas as needed.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
