If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in a team environment, and take pride in producing high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products in a controlled cleanroom environment while following industry-leading quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, manufacture, and package BioProcess Containers according to GMP and cleanroom standards
- Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and technical drawings to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform assembly-line and production tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Use hand tools and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
- Complete basic computer-based training and production documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
- Wear required cleanroom gowning and PPE throughout the shift
- Handle materials carefully to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity
- Perform quality checks and report production, safety, or process concerns
- Support team goals while contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to GMP requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience
- Experience working in a cleanroom, GMP, or regulated environment
- Familiarity with hand tools and assembly processes
- Experience performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards
